Meditations are led by volunteer teachers, using traditional practices such as Tong Len (Taking Suffering/Giving Joy) to structure compelling contemplations on how to live more fully each day and find meaning and satisfaction in life. Meditations are held in small, intimate groups of up to 12 people. The size allows the meditation leader to provide personal attention and answer individual questions after the meditation.
