From its humble beginnings as the personal collection of Geshe Michael Roach and Ani Pelma, the Tara Lending Library has grown to over 500 volumes. It is the largest collection of Tibetan Buddhist titles in New York open to the public for borrowing. The library has grown largely through the generosity of ACI students, who often donate Dharma books once they have read them or who buy them specifically to donate. We welcome your donations as well, with the deepest gratitude.
